In the past this place has been just OK. However, I dont know if they are under new management or what, but in the past couple of months the menu has expanded, the food has become really good and the service is fantastic. I was very delightfully surprised twice now and look forward to ordering again very soon.

Bibis Bakery and Café is an authentic taste of Israel in Los Angeles. From the Burrekas, Sambusak (middle eastern calzone) and pita toastees to the Greek salad, pizza and homemade bread, Bibis is the place delicious food at very reasonable prices. For breakfast try the shakshuka (eggs simmered in a spicy tomato sauce) or the rocky mountain pita (two eggs cooked directly in a fresh baked sesame pita) and pair it with an espresso, cappuccino or latte. Bibis bakes the best pita and whole wheat pita in LA ‚ and Thursdays and Fridays be sure to buy your challah for Shabbat before they sell out. Bibis is kosher dairy under the supervision of Kehilla Kosher. (Baked Goods Are all Parve unless marked otherwise)
